How do I submit a ticket in SysAid for OnBase?
Submit a ticket using the 1st category of Application Development the second category of Vendor System Support and third category of OnBase
 
How can I import a large file into OnBase?
If you are importing a document that is too large, you will receive an error. However, you can use the Virtual Print Driver to bring the document in without a size limitation.
 
Why is Application Enabler is not responding?
Application Enabler may be set up on specific screens of the program you are using. Please ensure you are on the correct screen.
 
Why do I receive an error about a document being corrupt when I try to open it?
Some documents are imported into OnBase with the wrong File Format and will result in an error indicating the document is corrupt when trying to open it. Contact the OnBase Administrator via email or SysAid ticket when this occurs.
 
Why do I recieve Insufficient Rights message?

If you receive the message above when opening OnBase, please contact the IT Help Desk via SysAid to have your Adobe Reader updated. This is not an OnBase error, but OnBase will display this message if your Adobe Reader is not current.

 
Why can I not print after opening a document from Application Enabler?

Print Orientation
f you click print, after opening a document with application enabler and nothing happens, this could be due to the fact that neither the landscape or portrait radio button is selected. Select the orientation needed for your document, then print and that should resolve the issue.
